Fairfax's Premier Japanese Dining
Join us at Hibachi Express for an evening of sizzling flavors, theatrical cooking, and warm hospitality right here in Fairfax.
At Hibachi Express, we believe dining is about connection. Located on Red Bank Road, we've created a space where the aroma of fresh grilled steak and the warmth of a shared table bring people together.
Our chefs don't just cook; they perform. From the moment the flames leap into the air to the final delicate touch on your dessert, every second is crafted to delight your senses.
Premium USDA beef grilled to perfection with zucchini, mushrooms, and our signature garlic butter sauce.
Hand-rolled maki, delicate sashimi, and elaborate platters made with the freshest fish flown in daily.
Tender, succulent shrimp grilled with ginger sauce, served with our famous fried rice and soup.
Watch as our talented chefs toss eggs in the air, create onion volcanoes, and expertly season your meal right before your eyes. The sizzle, the smoke, and the laughter—it's the heartbeat of our dining room.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, or just a Tuesday, Hibachi Express turns every meal into a memorable occasion.
We look forward to welcoming you to our table.
